Lapis lazuli, prized since ancient Egypt, was the stone of kings, gods, and the world's first ultramarine pigment. Now it appears for the first time in a S.U.F Helsinki timepiece, forged by master watchmaker Stepan Sarpaneva, who first worked with stone dials at Piaget in the early '90s.
S.U.F’s divers` wristwatch Vetehinen brings both Finland’s mythological water spirit and the legendary WWII submarine back to life.
