At the moment we only offer pickup option for orders from Finland, but it can be arranged to other orders too.

Yes and no.

-We do not offer modifications for our watches sold in the webstore.

-Modifications can be done in larger group orders with a advance payment as some parts may need to be designed and manufactured separately. These orders are not processed in our webstore, so please contact us via email.

No, if the limited edition is sold out, it is sold out for good. New models will come to replace the sold out ones but there will not be more of the same kind.

Delivery times vary. If the product is in stock it will be shipped as soon as possible.

All watches have a free shipping. Smaller orders have a free shipping when the order is 150€ or more.

If you order outside the EU there will probably be some import duties to take care of. Be sure to check your local import duties as there are countries that have a very high tax for watches.

Your local customs will contact you after the order arrives and will provide you the neccessary details to get the shipment through.

If there is a need to return the watch we will take care of the shipping back to Finland for you.

The watch needs to be unused and in the same condition it was when it arrived.

If the watch is unused it can be replaced.

The Warranty Period starts at the date of original retail purchase. The Warranty Period is two (2) years for Products unless otherwise specified.
